Overview
A Golden Nugget Award Winner for Best Senior Assisted Living Project, this new two-story senior living complex incorporates the restoration of a 1910 historic stone structure, “Pitzer House,” originally designed by architect Robert H. Orr. Features include a glass enclosed passageway connecting the historic structure with the new assisted living structure.
