Overview
This project included the renovation of the existing 6,300 sf Salem Lutheran Church with major improvements to building infrastructure and site ADA compliance.
Construction consisted of asbestos abatement, complete reroof, new restrooms, upgrades to all MEP systems, new interior finishes, ADA site upgrades, and infrastructure for a new A/V and theatrical lighting systems. The existing interior slab with ventilation ducting was removed and replaced with a solid interior slab and overhead ducting ran through new framed chases.
An existing K-6 school on the site remained operational throughout construction.
