Overview
This new two-story 72,000 sf 80-unit senior living building features gathering areas, a full-service commercial kitchen, laundry facilities, recreation rooms and central dining. Extensive infrastructure and site work included utility relocation. Concurrently, Illig Construction completed an interior refurbishment and liturgical remodel of the existing chapel.
