Overview
Illig Construction built a new 80 unit assisted living project along Pacific Coast Highway with wood frame construction over partial subterranean parking. Features of the project included a grand lobby entrance with oak staircase, dining, recreation facilities, offices and a near half acre stormwater retention chamber with a pre-cast lid for collecting rain runoff.
