As Illig Construction Company completes its 100th year, we think about the abundant blessings we have received.  With each generation of leadership, we have benefited from the wisdom and sacrifice of those who came before us and those we work side by side with today. Our founder, Joseph Illig, had a dream to begin a new life in America.  With faith, perseverance and vision he set the foundation of Illig Construction and our remarkable dedication to our clients.  His son, Edward Illig, together with his brothers, Joe and Vic, continued Joseph’s vision and grew Illig Construction’s reputation and breadth of work.  And now, over the last ten years, our Tilden-Coil/Illig Family has woven together a strong and lasting bond.  Our future is bright with talented dedicated team members and a united spirit of service! 

This celebratory year gives us the opportunity to outreach to our clients and industry partners in a special way.  We kicked-off the festivities with a wonderful celebration at the Jonathan Club Downtown LA.  You could feel the joy and energy in the room as we brought our clients, architects and key subcontractors together to let them know how much we appreciate and value their partnership. A special thank you to Jessica Oostdam, the consummate party planner, for all her efforts to deliver a flawless event.  

In preparation for these events, we had the opportunity to “journey back in time” and review the many different buildings Illig Construction has built and remodeled over the decades.  We have impacted so many lives: students, faith worshipers, children, seniors, shoppers, tourists, office workers and more.  What a diverse and impactful body of work we have as part of our legacy.
