AKA made its West Coast debut with AKA Beverly Hills, a luxury extended stay hotel on Crescent Drive and Wilshire Boulevard within the prestigious Golden Triangle. In collaboration with Korman Communities, Metropolitan Crescent Associates and Asfour Guzy Architects, existing apartments were repurposed to a high-end extended stay hotel under a negotiated Guaranteed Maximum Price delivery. Illig Construction Company transformed the penthouse suites featuring master and guest bathrooms furnished throughout with imported Carrera marble, custom milled vanities, dimmable LED light fixtures and wood flooring imported from Europe. Operations continued uninterrupted throughout construction with daily client communication to effectively minimize disruption to guests for a seamless delivery. Private balconies showcase spectacular views of the Hollywood Hills and the premier location is within walking distance to world-renowned Rodeo Drive.
