Overview
A new “jewel box” retail building that was added to Sunset Plaza along Sunset Boulevard, West Hollywood. The two-story steel frame core and shell was built on 50’ concrete piles, and around an existing 75’ high advertising billboard which towers above the mansard roof. The building features imported Jerusalem limestone, slate tile roof and a dramatic curved steel stairway leading to the second-floor balcony.
