Overview
The project included a complete transformation and historic retrofit of a former City of Beverly Hills Water Department pumping station to a film library for the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. The facility houses major film archives, a film library, study areas and offices. Illig Construction Company successfully partnered with the Academy and the City of Beverly Hills throughout the planning, pre-construction, and construction of this landmark.
