Overview
This downtown Los Angeles project included the build-out of new corporate offices for the ARCO Products headquarters and spanned over 9 contiguous floors. Illig Construction reconfigured and re-programmed 3 concourse lobbies, corporate offices and conference rooms, relocated the main computer/data center, added restrooms and common spaces totaling over 200,000 sf.
