Overview
The Cushman Watt Scout Center, bordering the Hollywood Freeway, included a 23,000 sf ground-up office and training facility and a 23,000 sf parking structure. An elevated urban park, complete with mature pines, soccer skills field, twelve-foot climbing wall and pavilion spans the upper deck of the parking structure with panoramic views of downtown Los Angeles.
