Overview
Illig Construction Company constructed the new middle school building and remodel of the exiting gymnasium. The project sits on a bluff in a high end residential neighborhood directly above the Rose Bowl. The Project achieved a LEED Silver Rating through the use of sustainable design and construction techniques.
