Overview
This state-of-the-art industrial packing and cooling plant is central to Index Fresh’s fruit and avocado distribution operations. The scope of work included a 22,505 sf remodel and a 14,595 sf tilt-up addition to the existing packing facility with state-of-the-art cooler rooms and refrigeration systems, a four bay dock, a stormwater retention basin, and associated city street improvements.
