This occupied renovation demanded detailed planning and incremental floor-by-floor, area-by-area staging with minimal disruption to the ongoing operations of the Firm. Also included were sweeping changes to elevator lobbies, visitor lobby, conference space, restrooms, lighting and curtain wall re-cladding.
