Overview
This all union, ground-up office is the gem of its mid-Wilshire neighborhood. IBEW’s original office was razed to provide the site for its new headquarters including administrative offices, conference rooms, member assembly space and a full commercial kitchen. The project featured a curved interconnecting terrazzo stairway and curved, glass block exterior wall.
