The Wellness Pavilion at Mount St. Mary’s University is a two-story center totaling approximately 36,000 gross sf. Program elements include a wellness hub, gymnasium, physical therapy lab, exercise space, dance studio, cycling studio, multi-purpose rooms, administration offices, and swimming pool. The structure’s extensive use of glass provides a welcoming transparency, natural light and captures the hilltop views.
