Overview
The St. James Episcopal School Enhancement project included a remodel and addition to an existing high-end private elementary school located in Koreatown, Los Angeles. The two-story building addition provided four new classrooms, and the remodel included modernization of fifteen classrooms, new restrooms, administrative offices and low voltage upgrades. The project was delivered in two phases to minimize impact on school operations.
